We offer the provision of return services, with the regrettable exclusion of exchange services. The prerequisite for availing the return service lies in the impeccable condition of the returned goods, ensuring their unobstructed potential for resale.
The following circumstances are deemed ineligible for return processing:
- Products that have been unsealed or damaged due to human interference.
- Gift items.
- Exceeding the specified return timeframe.
Regarding the course of action for returns pertaining to quality concerns:
Should your merchandise necessitate a return owing to quality issues, kindly establish contact with our customer service team within (30 days for regular-priced items, 15 days for discounted items) from the date of receiving the package (based on the date of courier delivery confirmation). Subsequently, follow the guidance provided by our customer service personnel to initiate the return procedure.
For returns due to quality problems, it is imperative that you choose SF Express as the courier for returning the merchandise. The freight charges will be borne by our organization. Kindly advance the payment for the transportation fee and enclose the corresponding invoice when dispatching the returned goods. We shall duly process the refund based on the actual transportation expenses incurred.
Please note that failing to establish contact with us and opting for alternative courier or postal methods for the return will result in a refund based on the standard shipping fee for Hong Kong (i.e., HKD 100). Any additional costs shall not be assumed by our company.
We will process the refund for return requests due to quality issues within 7 days of acceptance. The refund will be issued through the same payment channel. Please note that if the order was paid via credit card/Payme/Alipay, a handling fee of 5% will be deducted.
